Panagiotis Vougas was born in Athens in 1996. He is graduating from the School of Interior Architecture, University of Western Attica. Alongside his studies, he participated in specialized training in Lighting Design at the Bauhaus Universität Weimar, Germany.
His field of study and career is theatrical scenery.
